Best Western unveils a new-look Blakes Restaurant

Sunseeker yacht interior designer Stuart Jones has been drafted in to redesign the interior of Blakes Restaurant at The Connaught Hotel in Bournemouth.
Jones will be giving the restaurant a contemporary re-design (pictured) as part of a multi-million pound facelift for the Best Western hotel.
Hotel owner and Managing Director David Miller is investing heavily in both the interior and his staff to bring the hotel up- to-date.
Last month Paul James joined Blakes as Head Chef and Nick Rutgliamo was employed as Restaurant Manager to help boost ratings.
Work on the restaurant will be done in stages so that the restaurant can stay open during the evenings and Sunday lunchtimes.
The new-look Blakes is expected to be launched in September with work on the kitchens to begin following the restaurant refurbishment.
