The Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill has appointed a food and beverage director and executive chef with aims to make the hotel's food 'the most innovative in London'.

Academy of Food and Wine director Conor O'Leary, a former deputy F&B manager at The Ritz, joins from the Andaz London Liverpool Street as F&B director.

He said: “I'm looking forward to continuing to develop the hotel’s food and beverage operation so that it is recognized as the most innovative in London.”

Executive chef Lars Windfuhr, joins from the group's Grand Hyatt hotel in Cairo. Both men will report to general manager Michael Gray.
