Aveqia Farringdon will open on 17 September, with a capacity of 80 guests per cooking session, priced at £155 per person for 8-12 people. The site will house a bar, lounge and five kitchens each with their own dining room.

An evening at the restaurant will include a glass of Champagne on arrival, a four-course menu with chefs leading the cooking process and food created with complementing wines chosen by the house sommelier. A focus will be placed on Swedish cuisine and every dish will use the seasonal ingredient.

Aveqia has two existing sites in Sweden with a turnover of around £2m a year.  The concept was founded in 2009 by entrepreneur Johan Kadar and chef David Berggren (pictured).

The business’s chefs have gathered more than 30 Michelin stars in restaurants they have previously worked in. for more information, visit www.aveqia.co.uk
