Day two of The Restaurant Show 2010

The Restaurant Show 2010 is almost at an end, but if you haven't managed to make it down yet you still have today to attend

Yesterday's show saw the culmination of the World Chocolate Masters UK final, the Compass Senior and Junior Chef of the Year competitions, debates and discussions on best practice and produce, plus much more.

Those in attendance would have seen Hamish Brown from Roka demonstrate the art of sushi making, Massimo Bottura of Osteria Francescana in Italy discuss his passion for ingredients and mise en place, and Hotel Terravina somelier Laura Rhys discuss the merits of Cognac.

If you didn't catch the show yesterday, you can watch all the highlights below. For a roundup of what happened on Monday, click here .
