Restaurant operators assembled at Chabrot French bistro in London to discuss design and presentation

Restaurant presentation, whether that be interiors or tableware, can have a huge impact on the diner experience, but how key is it to a business's success? 

Following a round table discussion on the subject organised by Restaurant magazine and Steelite International, BigHospitality caught up with three restaurant operators from three different areas of the sector to find out their thoughts on the subject. 

Watch this video for interviews with Will Holland, chef-patron of fine-dining restaurant, La Bécasse in Ludlow, Malcolm John owner of the neighbourhood restaurant group Malcolm John Restaurants and Alex Scrimgeour, joint managing director of multi-site operator Côte.
