Editor's Picks: Top 10 hospitality stories in June 2013
From growing interest in the new US burger concepts crossing the Atlantic to open first sites here in the UK to details of Gordon Ramsay's latest restaurant, June was a hot month for hospitality news.
June also saw the arrival of the first National Waiters Day, an initiative to raise the profile of front-of-house careers and launch of two new concepts - Luminar's new-look nightclub and Guoman Hotels' rebrand to glh.
The industry also came together for the second British Hospitality and Tourism Summit which saw a range of issues and subjects put up for discussion as well as speeches from Culture Secretary Maria Miller.
