Clarke, who found fame on Channel 4 TV series Undercover Boss, recently stepped down as chief executive of Best Western Hotels.

“Bespoke Hotels is the perfect starting point,” Clarke said. “It specialises in operating hotels on behalf of investors requiring a tailor-made service for their asset.

“Bespoke is an innovative company and that creativity is going to be really important as hotel owners looking to see how they can improve the top line.

His initiative Hotels With Personality led him to take part in Undercover Boss, where he was seen going under cover in a variety of roles in order to see how the brand’s message was working in the hotels.
