The event, which will see chefs John Campbell, Jason Atherton and William Curley team up with chefs from Baxterstorey, Compass and Elior to create starters, main courses and desserts respectively, will now be held in what was London's largest new-build hotel when it opened in 2010.

Event organisers say the venue move enables the charities to save more than £70k in costs and therefore raise more funds to help members of the industry who have fallen on hard times and to enable young, unemployed and disadvantaged people improve their prospects for economic well-being.
