The Academy of Culinary Arts and Bocuse d’Or Team UK have launched a dedicated competition website to help raise funds to support British representative Simon Hulstone.

Bocuse d’Or UK contains information about the prestigious international chef competition and Elephant proprietor Hulstone.

The website will be updated with news, images and films of the European and world finals of the competition, and also allows individuals and businesses to make donations in support of UK representative Hulstone.

BigHospitality will be reporting live from the European finals on Tuesday 8 June, and will also be publishing an exclusive video of the event next week.

Until then, watch our video interview with Simon Hulstone on the importance of the Bocuse d’Or competition.
