In aid of British Roast Dinner Week, running from 1-8 October, operators are encouraged to ‘boast their roasts’ by completing the entry form by Sunday 16 September.

A mystery diner expert will then visit the top five finalists to determine the overall winner.

“In this monumental year when we’re celebrating all things British, the ‘Best British Roast Dinner’ crown is the one everyone wants to take home,” said Sarah Branagan, manager for sauces at Knorr, which is sponsoring the competition.

“With more than 80 per cent of consumers having enjoyed a roast dinner out of home in the past three months, there’s no doubt that roast dinners are top menu choices.”
