CHA extends environmental awards deadline

The Considerate Hoteliers Association has extended the deadline for entries into its Considerate Hotel of the Year Awards 2009/10 to give 'busy UK hoteliers and guest-house operators an extra 12 days to finish their entries'

The Considerate Hoteliers Association (CHA) has extended the deadline for entries into its Considerate Hotel of the Year Awards 2009/10 to give 'busy UK hoteliers and guest-house operators an extra 12 days to finish their entries'.

 

Entrants have until 31 March to send entries in for all five categories, including the newly introduced Considerate Green Marketing Initiative of the Year.

 

CHA director and association secretary John Firrell said: “This is a great opportunity for accommodation operators to stand up and be counted by entering the 2009/10 awards – to gain well earned recognition for the excellent environmental and socially responsible work undertaken during the year.”

 

The awards will be presented at a gala lunch in May. For more information about the competition visit www.consideratehoteliers.com .
