If you run a multi-site pub or restaurant chain and think you have the most talented development chefs in the business, Restaurant wants to hear from you.

BigHospitality's sister magazine is seeking entries from the UK’s top multi-site chefs for its Development Chef Awards. Now in their second year, the awards, which will be presented as part of the Farm Frites Development Chef Summit – taking place in March – will throw the spotlight on those heading up the food offering across a number of restaurants or pubs, an important but often unsung part of the cheffing world.

There are eight categories: Best Restaurant Menu (3-20 sites and 21+ sites), Best Pub Menu (3-20 sites and 21+ sites), Best New Dish, Menu Innovation of the Year, Group Chef of the Year – Restaurants, and Group Chef of the Year – Pubs.

Award winners will be invited to attend a celebratory lunch at a top London restaurant in the spring.

To enter, just download an entry form and return by 6 February.

The Development Chef Club was created to inform, inspire and promote greater interaction with the development chef and group executive chef community.

The free-to-attend Development Chef Summit will bring chefs together with suppliers for demonstrations, discussion forums and interactive presentations in a half-day programme followed by a dinner in a restaurant and an awards presentation.
