Red Hot World Buffet triumphs at Asian Business Awards

Red Hot World Buffet, the buffet restaurant chain that began in Nottingham in 2004, has won the Asian Business Awards Restaurant of the Year 2012 prize in a ceremony in London.

The seven-strong restaurant chain was presented with the accolade at the event that celebrates excellence in the Asian business community. The judges in the category acknowledged the revolution in buffet dining that Red Hot World Buffet had helped achieve and spearhead.

Collecting the prize Sachin Bajpai, head of brand and corporate marketing at Red Hot World Buffet, said the company was honoured to be invited to attend the ceremony among peers from the Asian business community. 

“Winning this incredible award showed that all our hard work has paid off. We firmly believe that customers should be able to enjoy delicious food and a high-end dining experience without having to pay a fortune – particularly during the current economic climate," he said.

In June last year BigHospitality spoke to Parmjit Dhaliwal, corporate director of Red Hot World Buffet, who revealed the company was looking to operate 25 sites by 2014 .
