The Farm Frites Development Chef Club is aimed at informing, inspiring and interacting with the development chef and group executive chef community. Those heading up the food development and offer for multi-site operators are frequently the unsung heroes of the sector, and this club seeks to recognise their contribution, as well as help them move their businesses forward. In conjunction with William Reed’s wider hospitality division incorporating BigHospitality, M&C Report and the Publican’s Morning Advertiser, Restaurant provides a regular series of digital newsletters, features (both in print and online) and high-value live events for club members.
The highlight will be the Development Chef Summit on 19 March 2014 at Westminster Kingsway College in London, which will bring chefs together with key suppliers for a series of demonstrations, discussion forums and interactive presentations, as well as the announcement of the Development Chef Awards.
These are brand new awards that seek to recognise the best menus, dishes and multi-site chefs across the restaurant and pub sector. For a chance to win, download the form and enter now!
It’s very simple – simply state why you think you should win (in no more than 300 words). If you’re successful, you will also be invited to attend the Winners’ Lunch at Dinner by Heston Blumenthal in London.
