Earls Court 2 plays host to the industry event of the year on 6-8 October

Hospitality and catering professionals should write 6-8 October in their diaries if they plan on attending the biggest industry show of the year.

 

The Restaurant Show at Earls Court 2 is celebrating its 20th anniversary as the UK’s leading exhibition for the restaurant industry, and boasts to be more exciting than ever before.

 

Along with over 300 suppliers of food and wine demonstrating their products, will be numerous events and exhibitions including The Stage, which will showcase the talents of 20 of the world’s top chefs, including Atul Kochhar and Michael Caines.

 

“I’m looking forward to being part of The Restaurant Show this year,” said Caines. “It gives me a fantastic opportunity to share ideas and inspire those visiting.”

 

The aptly named Competition Theatre, will play host to three major contests of the year, including the KNORR National Chef of the Year , and Compass Group Chef of the Year live finals.

 

Experts will also be matching unique combinations of food and drink from chocolate and beer, to oysters and wine at the Food and Drink Match, where samples will be available.

 

The event, which is organised by William-Reed Business Media, normally attracts a bustling crowd of chefs, restaurateurs, sommeliers and industry professionals, and looks set to be the hospitality and catering highlight of the year – one not to be missed.
