For restaurateurs seeking tips to build a better business, there is the Business Bootcamp where industry experts will be on hand to discuss some of the biggest issues facing the industry and offer commercial advice on how to stay ahead of the game.

Competitions

The event, which runs from 10-12 October, will also host some of the industry's top competitions.

On Monday 10 October young chef and sommelier pairs will compete for the Rising Stars title in Champagne Jacquart's competition while the finals of the National Chef of the Year and the Young National Chef of the Year competitions will take place on Tuesday 11 October.

The culmination of a series of cook-offs during the course of the year will take place on Wednesday 12th October as the Compass Junior and Senior Chef of the Year finalists go head-to-head with each other to prove they’re the best of the best.

Show director Rachel Quigley said: “This year we have signed up some of the most highly acclaimed chefs and experts in the hospitality arena and, coupled with our impressive exhibitor list and exciting show features, The Restaurant Show is the event for those working in the industry to attend.

“We’re providing a platform for chefs, restaurateurs, bar managers, suppliers and industry leaders to come together, share new and innovative ideas covering every part of the industry – from new technology, products and produce to interiors.”
