The 21st Restaurant Show is set to be the biggest yet

Join us next week as we report live from The Restaurant Show 2009 , where a foray of chef demonstrations, panel debates and live interviews will take place.

For those unable to make it to the 21st anniversary of the show, we will be reporting on all the latest news and gossip as it unfolds at the show in Earls Court 2 in London.

Kicking off on Monday, the show will see Restaurant editor Paul Wootton speak live on the Centre Stage with Ferran Adria; BigH will be hosting a live interview with Michael Caines and L’Autre Pied head chef Marcus Eaves, at which visitors will be invited to ask their own questions; a heated panel discussion on the impact a review has on a restaurant will take place in the Business Briefing Theatre; and the winners of the Compass Chef of the Year competition, Gastropub Challenge, and Indian Restaurant Challenge.

With the many exhibitors stalls around the hall, plus Cyrus Todiwala, Giorgio Locatelli and Richard Hughes leading a team of Westminster Kingsway students in the shows onsite Signature restaurant, the show is set to be the best yet.

So come and see us down at the show on stand K30, or log on to BigHospitality Monday thru Wednesday to catch up with all the latest.
