Michelin-starred demos planned for Restaurant Show 2008

Twenty top chefs will show how to create some of their latest dishes at this years Restaurant Show

Twenty top chefs will be showing how to create a range of dishes live on stage at this year`s Restaurant Show.

 

Claude Bosi of Hibiscus, Michael Caines of Gidleigh Park and Giorgio Locatelli of Locanda Locatelli are three of the 20 chefs who will be helping to celebrate the show`s 20th anniversary at London`s Earls Court 2 from October 6-8. 

 

Every hour on the hour there will be a demonstration of new dishes by one of the internationally renowned chefs, making the show a must-attend event for chefs looking for some Michelin-starred inspiration.

 

This year there is also an increased focus on Asian food with appearances from Atul Kochhar of Benares and Cyrus Todiwala of CafT Spice Namaste.

 

In addition to demonstrations, The Stage will play host to a controversial panel debate on October 7 in association with the charity Action Against Hunger.
