The British Hospitality Association and charity Action Against Hunger will both deliver seminars in the Business Bootcamp, a new area for this year where operators can gain advice on how to run their businesses effectively, while the Wine & Spirit Education Trust's David Hunter and Mike Walpole will run a series of educational, interactive and fun sessions in the Drinks Quarter.

The Craft Guild of Chefs will return to the Competition Theatre to host the hotly contested National Chef of the Year and Young National Chef of the Year competitions and members of the Academy of Culinary Arts, the Academy of Food & Wine and networking association Arena will be on hand to give support to attendees.

Impact

TRS director Rachel Quigley said: "Having been involved right in the heart of the restaurant business, I understand the value and impact that these organisations have on our industry and those working in it.

“We’re really pleased that they have come on board and are working closely with us. From the interactive workshops and demonstrations to the business briefings and seminars, working in partnership will ensure our visitors are presented with a wide range of impressive seminars and networking opportunities and leave armed with valuable commercial advice and contacts.”

The Restaurant Show will run from 10-12 October 2011 at Earls Court 2 in London. To register visit www.therestaurantshow.co.uk
