Now in it's tenth year, the event will host chefs and restaurateurs from across the globe, who will gather to hear their place on the list at the ceremony at The Guildhall in London.
Organised by BigHospitality’s sister publication, Restaurant magazine, the S.Pellegrino World's 50 Best Restaurants list is an annual snapshot of the opinions and experiences of over 800 international restaurant industry experts, who each nominate four of their favourite restaurants anywhere in the world.
Previous occupiers of some of the list's top spots include El Bulli in Spain, Noma in Denmark and The Fat Duck in the UK.
Watch this space for further announcements in the run up to the event, which promises to be the most exciting date in the restaurant industry's calendar.
