Artisan ice cream maker Alder Tree is launching a 4-litre catering size tub for each of the flavours in its range.

The Suffolk-based manufacturer uses only British fruit, cream and sugar in its products, with over 75% of the fruit grown on family-owned farms near Bury St Edmunds.
All of Alder Tree’s 14 core flavours, including Pear and Vanilla, Apple and Honey, Toffee Apple, Summer Fruits and Blackcurrant, are available in the new size tubs, as will be a selection of seasonal varieties.
Alder Tree’s ice creams were awarded four Great Taste Awards and a Quality Food Award in 2010.
