Normandy dairy producer Isigny Sainte-Mere has expanded its UK range with new Camembert and butter portions

Isigny's individual AOC butter portions

The Isigny Camembert Medallion is now available in 250g packs from cash and carry outlets. It’s small pack size makes it ideal for use on the cheeseboard or baked and served with salad as a starter option.

 

Also launched by Isigny are the 25g foil-packed AOP butter portions, which are now available through Brakes foodservice.

 

Stephane Plessis, European exprt manager for Isigny, said: “This is the ideal portion size for a range of foodservice operators, including hotels and restaurants, because it is a brand that underpins the premium experience that caterers want to communicate to customers.”
