Professional catering suppliers JM Posner has launched a new Hot Chocolate and Sauce Maker to give foodservice operators the opportunity to serve hot chocolate during the summer’s unpredictable weather conditions.

Product details:

With dimensions of 32cmx26cmx50cm (LxWxH) and weighing in at 6.5kg, the Hot Chocolate & Sauce Maker supplied by JM Posner is small enough to be moved but large enough to dispense high quantities of hot chocolate or other sauces and beverages.

The counter-top dispenser comes in a choice of white or black with a silver lid and can hold up to 5litres in a clear polycarbonate drum.

USP:

The Hot Chocolate and Sauce Maker has a built-in thermostat for precise temperature adjustment and a removable drum for easy cleaning and storage within a refrigerator. Even when full, the versatile model is capable of heating a number of sauces or hot beverages in just 15 minutes using the direct heating system.
