The Flow Hospitality Training package is fully web based and covers all the fundamental aspects of delivering quality service and product knowledge, as well as necessary legislative training.

Karen Calvert, operations director for Flow, said: “Given that traditional ‘face to face’ staff training can be costly and time consuming, we have combined our experience and knowledge to create Flow training as a pioneering alternative for the hospitality industry.

“The modules are all fully compliant with all current legislation and are formally endorsed by the UK’s leading awarding bodies including the SQA, The Institute of Hospitality and most recently by The National Skills Academy.”

The 12 Flow modules include The Waiter; The Bartender; Creating Cocktails; Wine; Coffee; Customer Service; Service that sells; Licensing & Social Responsibility (1. England & Wales and 2 .Scotland); Food Safety Level 1; Food Safety Level 2; Health & Safety; Personal Licence Holder (APLH/NCPLH for England & Wales and SCPLH for Scotland).

The Flow package is also available with an additional, complimentary management system that allows companies to plan training programmes and track results.
