The Great British Chefs app offers chefs and foodies a selection of fine dining recipes across five courses, including petit fours. Each chef has created three menus especially for the app for users to choose from.

Dishes available on the app include Roast suckling pig with roast pineapple and baby squid (Tom Aikens); Duck Hearts with mushroom floss and spiced broth (Nuno Mendes); and Roast turbot with five spices, eggplant caviar and a red wine sauce (Martin Wishart).

Users are able to search the recipe database by ingredient, chef or course and can access a series of How To videos for tricky cooking processes.

Marcus Wareing said: “I am excited to be a part of this new venture. I have always wanted my favourite dishes to be accessible to the masses and Great British Chefs is now making this possible for me.”
