UK potato supplier Preva Produce and the Jazzy grower group have launched the versatile Jazzy potatoes range available to chefs this summer.

Product details:

Jazzy potatoes are waxy, set-skinned potatoes launched in a partnership by Preva Produce and the Jazzy Grower group to wholesale, hospitality and retail this summer.

This year, Jazzy will be exhibiting at the Restaurant Show at Earls Court 8 – 10 October.

USP:

Jazzy is grown in Britain, by a group of 5 growers who are based in Cornwall, Norfolk, and Lancashire. The product is versatile for chefs, as it can be boiled, steamed, crushed and roasted.

Availability:

Jazzy potatoes are available throughout the year and were made available available in 10kg boxes from the 1st August for the major wholesale markets. Hospitality sector businesses can get hold of it through Fresh Direct or from the Preva sales team.
