The SRA’s new site features details of more than 650 restaurants across the UK. Diners can check out the full sustainable credentials of all restaurants that have completed the SRA Star Rating Survey as well as all SRA member restaurants.

“We know that, given the choice, consumers would prefer to eat at a sustainable restaurant,” said Mark Linehan, managing director of the Sustainable Restaurant Association. “The SRA’s new website is the perfect tool for finding those restaurants, whether they are Michelin-starred fine dining, takeaways, High Street chains or neighbourhood favourites.”

The website also carries a list of SRA Approved Suppliers, helping restaurants source products that match their own standards. The website, developed by Bristol-based, ethical web designers Yoke, will also be the perfect showcase for restaurants’ innovation.

The new website can be found at www.thesra.org .
