Superspike from Rational claims to roast chickens quicker than ever

The new Superspike from Rational is so quick and efficient, that you can easily roast up to 24 birds at a time.

Designed for use in the Rational combis and Selfcooking Center, the Superspike holds the birds vertically, which apparently makes the meat consistently more succulent and the skin browner and crispier.

According to Rational, the superspike allows a typical 1.1kg chicken to be cooked in under half an hour. A specially designed ‘Finishing’ option also allows cooking to be completed in just 18 minutes if the bird is part-roasted previously. This means roast duck or chicken can then be cooked to order.

The Superspike comes in a range of sizes, capable of holding four to eight chickens at a time, or up to eight ducks.

Visit www.rational-UK.com for more information about their range of roasting ovens and accessories.
