Grill restaurant Rhodes Twenty10 will open at Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa, Grosvenor House's sister hotel, later this spring with Omar Romero as chef de cuisine.

 

“Dubai is such a great place and somewhere I feel very much at home and comfortable,” said Rhodes. "When the opportunity arose for me to open Rhodes Twenty10 I didn’t hesitate to say yes."

 

The 90-cover restaurant will serve European classics, like fish & chips, warm goat’s cheese and spinach tart and Tiramisu, alongside a variety of grills.
