The RIBA restaurant has appointed James Cornewall-Walker as general manager, in charge of catering for the RIBA Restaurant and events hospitality throughout this glorious art-deco building.
With over 12 years of management experience, he is tasked with looking after one of London’s most prestigious venues and helping drive the business towards what will be an eventful year forUKhospitality.
Cornewall-Walker said: “I have been fortunate enough to work for companies and venues where quality has always been the mantra. It’s fantastic to join the Ampersand team who are the RIBA’s catering partner at66 Portland Placeand we have some great ideas for keeping the RIBA at the forefront of contemporary cuisine with a strong emphasis on seasonal, local ingredients.”
