Product details:

The pint to line and half-pint to line plastic tumblers are made from high quality rPET, a post-consumer recycled material which is made from PET bottles in the UK. Both tumblers are shatter resistant and are CE-marked with the Government stamp allowing them to be used to serve alcohol.

USP:

The limited edition tumblers feature Olympics-themed designs that capture key sporting events and a selection of iconic London landmarks.

The manufacturer says the design means hospitality businesses televising London 2012, hosting outside events or wanting to encourage al fresco dining and drinking have a stylish, themed and safe alternative to glassware.

Cost:

Pubs, bars, restaurants and hotels wanting to purchase the tumblers or anything else from the Huhtamaki foodservice range are advised to make an enquiry by contacting the manufacturer direct for a quote.

Availability:

The pint to line tumblers are available in boxes of 500 while the half-pint to line version is supplied in boxes of 1,000. More information and details on how to order can be found by calling the sales team on 02392 512434.

Why should you buy it?

Huhtamaki says: "As summer finally arrives, there will be an inevitable rise in the number of customers seizing the opportunity to enjoy alfresco drinking!  Make sure you’re prepared and stock up on the new pint and half-pint crack resistant ‘Celebration 2012’ tumblers.

"These stylish tumblers offer a safe and practical alternative to glassware – ideal for serving alcoholic drinks in crowded venues. The tumblers also feature ‘to line’ and ‘to brim’ fill levels, so you can be assured that staff are serving a perfect measure every time."

Extras:

The tumblers can be presented in Huhtamaki’s 'Strongholder' carry trays and are part of Huhtamaki’s limited edition 'Celebration 2012' range, which also includes paper hot and cold cups and plates in various sizes
