The Justerini & Brooks 250th Anniversary Cuvée, has been made entirely from Pinot Noir grapes and was left on its lees for three years, more than double the usual time.
Produced in the warmer climate of the Bar region, the anniversary Cuvée is extra dry and is described as having notes of honey and toast. It is available to the on-trade for £19.28 per bottle.
Justerini & Brooks was founded in 1749 and was first awarded a Royal Warrant by King George III in 1760. The merchant has retained the warrant, which means it can display the relevant Royal Arms on products, under every successive monarch since.
