Alongside a choice of canapés, bowl food and fine dining, the molecular food includes Caviar and Crème Fraîche Eclairs; Turkey Roulade with Cranberry and Chestnut Stuffing; Thai Red Snapper and Mango Salad Served in Tear Drop Spoons; Beef Stewed in Christmas Beer; Green Tea and Chestnut Tiramisu and Individual Seasonal Trifle Shots.

Bubble Food’s mixologists meanwhile have concocted a range of traditional, contemporary and futuristic molecular cocktails.

And one of the highlights of the Bubble Food festive menu is the Mince Pie Soda (pictured), which sees home-baked mince pies treated to a fermentation process that transforms them into soda. They are then served with dry ice, to give the appearance of the cocktail being steaming hot.

Bubble Food can address any type of brief, whether it’s a themed party involving entertainment, lighting and décor, or a simple cocktail reception. Prices start from just £24 per person for a two-hour reception, including staffing.

The catering company has recently partnered with The House of St Barnabas this Christmas, with all profits made going towards the charity's work, providing refuge and accommodation for the homeless.

Bubble Food is also a caterer at many other of London’s leading venues. Details of Christmas rates are available on request and more information can be found at www.bubblefood.com .
