A side mounted wash system, enabled through a larger capacity, works in tandem with an optional drain heat recovery or exhaust heat recovery system to reduce carbon emissions.

The UP Utensil Washer uses a mixture of steam and detergent injection, which removes proteins and starch based soil, to deliver a cleaning result that is up to 70 per cent improved.

The UP series is available from Hobart in two models – the UP and the UPT, the latter of which is twice as large.
