P1 Diamond 2000 dishwasher detergent from Winterhalter

As well as having specialised in professional dishwashing systems for over 50 years, Winterhalter also produces a range of effective and economical cleaning chemicals to cover all operators cleaning needs.

 

The range includes a non-tainting hard surface sanitising cleaner, suitable for all food preparation surfaces including chopping boards, microwaves, fridges and freezers, and work surfaces.

 

Also new to Alliance is Winterhalter’s P1 Diamond 2000 hard water dishwasher detergent, a non-foaming liquid designed for use in automatic dishwashers, which is suitable for washing crockery, cutlery, and glasses.
