The Coolbar reduces glasses and ice to a cool -45°C
Barware specialist Mitchell & Cooper has introduced the Coolbar to its product portfolio.

Product details:

The Coolbar cools and frosts glasses as well as ice within seconds, enhancing the preparation and presentation of a variety of drinks. It reduces glasses and ice to a cool -45°C, preventing the dilution of a drink so that carefully crafted cocktails can retain flavours that mixologists have worked hard to perfect.

The Coolbar has twinkling violet lights and a brushed gold exterior to add theatricality to preparing and serving beverages.

USP:

The Coolbar has been designed  to enhance the customer experience through its looks and the theatricality it adds to a drinks serving. It also benefits staff as it reduces the need for ice. The product has been created to fit in a number of different styles of bars.

Availability:

For more information on the Coolbar, please contact Mitchell & Cooper on 01825 765511 or visit www.bonzer.co.uk.

Why you should buy it:

The Coolbar has an aesthetically-pleasing design which aims to improve a bar’s visual appeal. It also allows for an efficient establishment by reducing staff’s need to top up ice or emit ice altogether, and runs off CO2 which is readily available to most bars.
