The Coup de Pates range consists of savoury canapés, petit fours, bread rolls, viennoiseries and semi-prepared products. Delice de France has picked its French sister company’s best-selling favourites to offer to the UK.

“We're incredibly excited to be introducing the fantastic Coup de Pates range and believe it answers a genuine gap in the UK food service industry,” said Jon Smythe, Delice de France’s marketing director. “Chefs and caterers want top-quality buffets and receptions for their guests and our products provide this, while saving on the time-consuming elements of preparing these products.”

"These traditional French delicacies have all been stamped with a firm seal of approval from French chefs, having been through a rigorous research and development process prior to launch. They are sold in high-end restaurants and hotels in France, which is testament to the dedication to quality and traditional artisan methods Coup De Pates embraces."

The Coup de Pates ranges

The 19-strong canapé range consists of bases of rye bread or blinis with toppungs including fois gras mousse and roasted hazelnuts. An example includes the new L’Evasion, which comprises of square portions of goats cheese with fruit & nut, tzatziki & smoked salmon and foie gras with pear.

The selection of 26 mini-French dessert canapés includes petis fours, Moroccan delights and dessert cups. The new dark chocolate fizzy pralines are filled with dark chocolate, praline and a surprise ‘fizz’.

A selection of 11 stone-baked bread rolls is also included within the Coup de Pates range. The rolls are made with levain and are ideal for side plates, such ast the stone-baked mini-hazelnut & raisin bread sticks.

The range of four viennoiserie are made using Isigny Sainte Mere Butter, which is exclusive to the Coup de Pates brand. The range consists of beurre d’Isigny croissants, mini-croissants, pain au chocolat and mini-pain au chocolat. The latter is made using Barry Callebaut chocolate.
