Why you should buy it:

Richard Ellison of Fairway Foodservice said: “The UK public continues to be drawn towards traditional foods, made from honest British ingredients – and which offer a sense of comfort and warmth when they go to eat out. We were keen to develop a high quality range of individual desserts for publicans and restaurateurs to have as staples - for every eating occasion on their menus.

“Our new Classic range of hot individual puddings comes in a range of authentic flavours. They have been lovingly created over many months to offer the lightest sumptuous sponges and rich decadent sauces. They offer the chef superb plate coverage and presentation. We have extensively benchmarked our product range - and for their quality, presentation and price - we don’t think that there are any other products out there on the market which match them.”
