Why you should buy it:

Ross Bearman, co-founder of Ross & Ross Food, said: “We are both really passionate about food and supporting local producers, the economy and our community. After the amazing response at the BBC Good Food Show and the Christmas pre-launch we hope that we have developed a product range that any deli or restaurant would be proud to sell.

Currently most Pate on the market is made abroad (just re labelled with an English sounding label). It is made with cheap off cuts, basically scraps from various meat producers and all blitzed up into Pate form. Surely this could not be right and so we set out to make great Pate and Terrines using clean flavours and British meat.”
