The Hospitality Network has been launched by Ashley de Safrin and Doug Talbott to offer first hand business advice to hospitality operators in the capital.

As part of their services, the pair will offer half-day business MOTs; strategic business reviews and forward planning; marketing planning, coaching and mentoring and customer service training.

The Hospitality Network will also restart the London Restaurant Barometer that was first launched and run by Business Link.

De Safrin said: “We want to stay in touch with you (operators) in the same way as before and to extend that help. We have to be commercial but the information we send you will continue to be free in the early stages and we hope you will tell others about us.

“Our knowledge of the independent and small chain restaurant and hotel market is second to none. We therefore want to continue working with you where possible. We want to be your first point of contact for any business help you need.”

Business Link will continue to operate its website but will no longer have specialist help for restaurants or hotels.
