Whether it's your favourite butcher, a piece of kit you can't do without or a top frozen product, Restaurant wants to hear about them.

In return for your time in completing the Chefs' Choice survey, BigHospitality's sister publication will enter you into a prize draw to win a meal for two at The Ledbury.

The free prize draw is open to restaurateurs and chefs of all levels with some purchasing autonomy in the kitchen. The awards are not open to front of house personnel.

Complete the survey here if you fit the bill. Results will be published in the January 2012 issue of Restaurant magazine.
