The website, as listed below, features news, recipes and tips on how operators can incorporate the meat substitute into their menu to attract vegetarians and those looking for healthier options.

Tony Davison, commercial manager for foodservice at Quorn Foods, said: “We’re excited to have created this great online resource for chefs and caterers. It’s full of information about the growing trend towards healthy options when eating out of home and packed with fantastic recipes that will inspire caterers to create truly delicious meals for their customers.”

The Quorn range includes a number of meat-free products that are high in protein and low in fat and calories. It includes staple items such as mince, pieces, fillets and meatballs, which can be substituted with meat in menus, as well as burgers and sausages as well.
