Due to launch at The Restaurant Show on 10 October, the Service Please pager gives diners the ability to flag down waiting staff at the touch of a button, which immediately sends a message to a central service screen.

CST claims its simple system is low-cost, offering many restaurants an affordable pager system.

“The low cost Service Please will make a big impact as it will allow restaurants in every sector of the market, big and small, to improve their customer service and increase their profits,” said Bruce McNair, sales director at CST.

“Call buttons like Service Please encourage customers to order more, because they make it easy to get hold of the waiter. Our system uses reliable, proven technology, is simple to use, easy to install and has virtually zero running costs.”
