The new Boat House Restaurant & Bar based at The Bridge Hotel, on the Bridge Road, is welcoming back the people of Chertsey with a new chef to go with its recent £375,000 makeover.
New head chef Mark Muirhead has revitalized the restaurant’s menu to include a variety of great British favourites such as Hand-Carved Ham, Pie of the Day and Sausage and Mash as well as other popular bistro classics such as Sticky Ribs and Sizzling Fajitas.
Operations manager Ben Morris said: "Chef has successfully given our popular Riverside restaurant a mouth-wateringly good menu with dishes that appeal to the whole family. We have introduced more local suppliers including The Thatcham Butchers in Newbury, Jude’s Ice Cream from Hampshire, Crumbs Bread & Cake Co Ltd in Windsor and Triple fff Brewing Company in Alton to name a few, to help us to deliver delicious seasonal dishes."
