Frontier Pubs to open two London sites as part of wider expansion

Both properties were acquired by the group, which is run in partnership with Ei managed investments (from Enterprise Inns) and Food & Fuel, following significant investment. Both sites will see major internal refurbishments and updates on their interiors and kitchens.

The refurbs will allow the sites to open as craft beer- and food-led properties, serving a wide range of beers on draught, alongside bottled and canned options, plus freshly-made pizzas. Both sites will also show all major sporting matches.

The sites will join the six other Ei managed investment partnerships currently open, and are expected to be the first in a new expansion push, depending on the availability of suitable sites, the group said.

Peter Myers, commercial director for Food & Fuel, said: “Our first two sites have been well received by customers and we’re very excited about these two London openings. With the demand for craft beer continuing to rise, and taking into consideration the locations of these sites, we’re confident they will be very successful.”

Enterprise Inns was founded in 1991 and operates around 5,000 leased and tenanted pubs across England and Wales.
