Tasting or sharing plates of tapas-style dishes are the focus on the menu which includes chicken satay, Thai fish cakes and sweet basil, garlic and peppercorn tossed squid. Traditional salads, soups, noodles, curries and grilled and pan or wok-fried dishes also feature.
The restaurant kitchen team will be led by Darren Kutty who was previously head chef at the Ramada Hyde Park and The Washington Hotel in Mayfair.
A feng shui master, picked by the restaurant’s Singaporean owners, aided Roy Kirby of the Design Coalition Partnership in the design of the restaurant which opens to the public on 14 March.
