Following the Michelin-starred South Indian restaurant’s closure for the design overhaul, the addition of Q Bar at Quilon is part of a transformation that will also include a new, 16-cover private dining room with a private bar, kitchen and entrance.

Executive chef Sriram Aylur said: “We’ve always wanted to have a stand-alone bar at the restaurant; not simply somewhere for diners to have pre-dinner drinks, but a place for people to pop into on the way past for a quick drink and a snack, or come to wind-down after work.“

Q Bar at Quilon will be fun and relaxed, while maintaining Quilon’s elegance and atmosphere. We’re very excited about revealing all in March.”

The Quilon’s first design overhaul since its opening 12 years ago will also see the introduction of new wine and beer lists and a bar canapé menu specially created by head chef Ramesh Ganiga.
