Tilly Ramsay Lowdown
Gordon Ramsay's daughter is moving into the restaurant business with a kid's menu that will be served across the chef's London estate

The second oldest of Gordon and Tana Ramsay’s five children?

The very same. Matilda (Tilly to her friends and 183,000 Instagram followers) already has a cooking show on CBBC and a cookbook, but she’s now transitioning into the restaurant business proper. The 15-year-old has penned a kid’s menu that will be available at the majority of Gordon’s London restaurants, including Bread Street Kitchen, Union Cafe and London House.

I’m sure she knows her way around a kitchen but let’s hope the Michelin inspectors don’t order anything off it

Quite. Billed as healthy, nutritious and fun, the #TillyTakeover includes the likes of Slam Dunk Meatballs, Mini Fish and Chips and Pop Power Chocolate Brownies.

Sounds like she’s been reading a lot of Jamie Oliver. Gordon must be furious

Quite the opposite. The chef is backing his daughter 100%. Many of his restaurants are also offering kid’s cooking masterclasses, some of which are to be hosted by Tilly herself.

Let’s hope her language is better than her father’s

Nope Tilly keeps it clean. She’s a bit of a pro, actually. She’s already done three series of Matilda and the Ramsay bunch for CBBC and has appeared on numerous other TV shows, including The Late Show with James Corden where she beat her father in a cooking challenge. She’s also cooked alongside The Cookie Monster and Cruz Beckham.

Sounds like her dad needs to watch out

"Dad might think he’s the best cook in the Ramsay family but I can beat him hands down when it comes to scrummy home-cooked food,” she says. We predict she'll have a restaurant to call her own by her 18th birthday.
