Upper mid-market French chain Aubaine is expanding out of its London base with a new cafe-restaurant in Manchester.

Aubaine will open its first site outside London in Selfridge's in Manchester

The four-strong operator, which has sites in Selfridges on Oxford Street, Brompton Cross, Regent Street and Kensington is opening within Selfridges in the city’s Exchange Square later this month.

Aubaine has also acquired a fifth London site in the former Chez Gerard unit in Mayfair.
