Craft London collaborating with diners to create new menu

Chef Stevie Parle is inviting diners to collaborate with chefs to create new dishes for the menu at his restaurant Craft London.

From 19 January the restaurant will run 'Test Kitchen Tuesdays', offering guests the chance to try out up to six new dishes still in development or only available in small quantities.

Diners will be encouraged to give feedback on the dishes, engage with the chefs and actively participate in the creation of the menu.

Each week chefs will be experimenting with new ingredients and techniques to create a completely original menu from scratch.

Craft London said the project was an extension of its ‘collaborative ethos’ – which sees the restaurant work with modern artisans to develop processes for roasting coffee, curing meat, bee keeping and smoking fish.

Parle initially opened Craft London as a café and roastery in the Greenwich Peninsula development in October 2014, before launching the bar and restaurant concept  in April 2015.

Test Kitchen Tuesdays will be served every Tuesday from 8pm, priced at £28 per person.
